The food is always great. Freshly made to order. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere. If you order takeout, have them put your sandwich condiments or salad dressings on the side. This is not a criticism! My hamburger bun just got a little soggy by the time I made it home because the meat is so juicy and the veggies are so fresh and crisp. The shakes are delicious! Old fashioned milk and ice cream. No added stuff. . . Just the way I like it.

Have always loved Ronnie's! Quality of the patties was off my last visit, and the burgers have gotten smaller. Still an amazing burger joint, just a little disappointed with some of the changes. Won't stop me from going back though!!!

What I liked:
-It tasted great.

What I didn't like:
- 20 min wait for a to-go order of 2 burgers w/sides.
- Being charged extra for cheese on a double burger only to discover 1 small "Kraft square" style slice of cheese.
- Soggy bun (literally dripping wet and falling apart) from the grease and moisture from the lettuce.
- Unenthusiastic customer service.
- $19.19 for 2 burgers, 1 small bag of tater tots and 1 small bag of fried pickles. (No drinks)

The flavor was not the issue, but all the other issues combined will cause me to choose Willie's, Heff's or another burger joint before Ronnie's.

Great burgers. OK service as it's mostly self service. You order and pay at the register and then they call your number some (usually long) time after and you pick it up and carry it to your table. You have to go back to the register for soda refills. The burgers and onion rings are huge and tasty. The fries are OK. Price is fine for the product. Be hungry if you're going here. Also plan for an hour to get lunch. They are pretty slow.
