Will be finding a new place to bank ASAP. Not supposed to have any ATM fees. If I run my debit card as debit, I get hit with a $1 charge every time. My mortgage payment has gone up $400 in 3 years that I have been with them. Sorriest excuse of a bank as I have ever seen. Their word means nothing.

We have been with this bank for 26 years.
Filed bankruptcy due to something that happened in 2005 Needed to get it off our credit or pay into the IRS taxes on it. Went and told the manager that we are paying 100% of our dedt back but due to this one thing the only way to get it off our record was to file. Manager said understood and everything would be fine.
60 day into it they sent letters out saying that they are keeping all of our savings and all the money that is in one of our checking accounts. Also we had 30 days to remove the other accounts or they would take that also.
Said something to our Lawyer and told us that We were not the first people they have done this too.
