Great experience with this agent! She answered my call first thing & I did not have to leave a message or wait to be called back. She walked me through the entire process in great detail & answered all of my questions fully. I feel prepared for what to expect while processing my claim. She even took the time to update my personal information on file. I received a confirmation email with my claim information & she told me to come in to the office if I had any trouble with the new claim process & they would help me through it. I would highly recommend Amaryllis to my friends & family!

Absolutely awful customer service. I did talk to a couple of nice ladies, but my claim was given to a girl who was on vacation for a week. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. I have called my adjusters personal line multiple times and left voicemails and she has not once answered, or gotten back to me. That is ridiculous.
