Came here for my brothers farewell dinner. And I'm sitting here in pain and anquish. I don't know if its because we are of color or because we don't fit in with the culture the resturant is looking for. It took 15 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge us...then another 15 to bring us water....I don't even care about the food anymore because my heart is broken from the treatment.a

I was expecting a lot given the $$$ but left slightly disappointed. I have had better elsewhere at a much lower costs. Perhaps relying too much on the captive audience they have being inside the 4Seasons

Very nice place and friendly ambiance. Excellent service and absolutely delicious meals for a surprisingly fair price.

Went on fathers day with the family. Service was really poor given location at the Four Seasons. Hurried staff, no one even asked us about our food. Had to call over a manager just to get service. Food average and not any better than a Ruth Chris. Only worth it if you live in the vicinity. Absolutely not worth a drive if you live in MD or VA. Save the headache and poor service and go to Ruth, Palm or Cap Grill in your area. Heck consider the outback. Will likely get better service.

My wife brought me here for a birthday dinner. Two things I'm fairly passionate about is Steak and Bourbon. Two things that this restaurant does extremely well.
The price and atmosphere is what I expected from the Four Seasons/Georgetown location. I feel that this is the sort of place for business meetings and special events.
The only complaint I had was my stomach wasn't big enough to try all the different Bourbons/Steaks. That however is more of a personal problem.
Service was excellent and the food/drink was at the same level.

If you have a special occasion coming up, love a well cooked steak and the sides that accompany, like a bourbon, or just want a nice way to end an evening; put that pair of slacks and button up shirt on get a reservation and enjoy!
