I've been riding with Alba for over 2 years going on 3 years I have received a great deal of satisfaction from clean cab courteous drivers and out of the way help from the drivers as I am handicapped.

It is 2:30 pm Sunday July 8. 45 min. ago I was told cab would take 15 min. After 25 min. I called company and was told cab had been there and left. Not true as I was sitting outside. He said he would send another. Ten minutes later he called and said cab was there. I told him there was no cab here. He rudely said to call another cab company because he couldn't find address. I asked for the owners name.... he said that didn't matter and hung up on me.

They have great service I use them all the time they are better than any other taxi service that I've used I highly recommend using Alba taxi as a service you will not be disappointed and their customer service is really appreciative did any other driver that I've had in my pass
