Lovely salon and very friendly staff. I went for a shellac manicure for my birthday and two weeks later, after extensive yard work and house work it still looks new. They obviously use the highest quality products because I have never had any kind of manicure last this long.

I was so excited to try this salon out because of the great reviews- I made an appointment on Dec 11th for Dec 27th online and they called Dec 12th and confirmed. I got a call this morning asking if I could reschedule until the 31st of December- due to several events and the holidays I said I needed the services done on the 27th as scheduled and confirmed and they said no problem and they would see me on the 27th at 4pm. Awesome! I just got a call at 3pm that they needed to reschedule my services. I stated I had already been called that morning and confirmed for the 27th. They had to call me back after finding out what was going on and again wanted to reschedule. I was told the nail technician had just decided to go out of town and wasn't available and there was nothing that could be done. I found the whole thing very unprofessional and rude.

*edited- the owner called me and was VERY sweet and apologized for the misunderstanding and said they had a policy that they had to give at least 2 weeks to cancel or change an appointment and said i could have my original appointment... clearly the nail tech (who is also the manager) lied to me and told me I HAD to change my appointment because she wanted to change her plans. I was very thankful the owner made things right but still cancelled my appointment because I didn't want to sit for 2+ hours and spend $100+ (and go back ever 2 weeks for acrylic fills) with someone who was rude and lied to me for her own benefit.

I got my nails done by Candace/candy over a week ago and I don't see any sign of lifting! I'm so impressed because I have had my nails done a lot by several different techs (no Asians ever surprisingly) and I might just have to say this is the best set of nails I've ever had!
She did a quick, efficient and painless job. She know my cuticles were a mess and already hurting, so she was very careful with her filing. She didn't have the exact shade/color acrylic I desired, but when I asked her to mix some colors together to create the color I love she roll an eye or anything. She mixed up those powders and created a beautiful creamy off white for my tips- my fave, I feel like it's elegant and not flashy and obnoxious. I didn't catch the other techs name, but she was very friendly and sociable- I enjoyed her company as well while I was there. All n all this is a great place. Comfortable environment and obviously my wonderful nail tech Candace or Candy- whichever she is.

I wanted to post a picture of my nails since pictures say a thousand words. You can see for yourself the job quality I received. Since I can not do that, I would not recommend this place. The staff seem very nice and really get to know their costumers if you become a regular. The quality of the services I would not recommend it. I was the first costumer of the day. The countertops had not been cleaned from the day before. The polish on my nails do not cover around the edges or go to the cuticle. Looks like I received my manicure days ago.
