PLEASE do not go to this location past 7pm, although they close at 10pm, you food will be cold and taste like it has been sitting under a warmer for the max time maybe more. The fries will be recooked, I thought they were fresh since I saw the employee take them out of the fryer, yet I think again and i never saw her pull the bag of frozen fries out of the freezer. My husband who has worked fast food 5+ years took one look and said those are not fresh, from the way the were stuck all mushed together to the taste of oil soaked through out each bite, they were definitely recooked.... all though the lady at the front was deceivingly nice... the beef and cheddar sandwiches were so nasty, i have never seen food look so gross.... Undercover boss please do this Arby's next....... I will be complaining in the morning!! I will right my resolution below...

Resolution--
The GM Ebony resolved the situation promptly! it is nice seeing a gm work late at a fast food restaurant!
she did admit she was waiting for a truck to come and replace the oil and assured us that the fries were not recooked..
I will be coming back to this Arby's thank you!

Sucks when you watch a friend or anyone just trying to get their order right,and an employee tells a guest to shut up.
Lack of professionalism and total disrespect for guest.Tried calling corporate office and so far still trying to get this employee an award for representing Arby's to the fullest.
If you treat people like garbage do you expect them or anyone witnessing this to come back??!!Think not!!
