Had horrible experience renting a car. Reservations was made 2 months before for 70 dollars and got confirmation 2 days before leaving. When we came to the office, stuff Josh said they don't have car for us despite of confirmation , he cancelled our reservation and offered another car for 400 dollars??!!! Never will use that service ......

Angel was rude over the phone, I called because I wanted them to know that someone at Avis in virginia beach rented a car with my stolen credit card number that was hand punched and not swiped.

Nice location, staff was helpful. Small parking lot and can be hard to get out of with the major road. Been there a couple times, no issues, will use location again.

Requested a Signature Series SUV. Website said "Lincoln Navigator or similar". Pre-paid. In other words, charged our credit card full amount upfront. Showed up there but they say they have neither the vehicle itself, or even the class we requested. They had a basic version of Ford SUV expedition or explorer? Dude at desk made some phone calls to the local manager (he was helpful...he did his best) but there was no available vehicles in the whole metro area. I had to go to work and I picked up the Ford SUV. I exchanged it at the airport location for BMW 5 series. Very nice car. Luxury but not space. Long story short, when we PRE-PAY a week earlier asking for SIZE and LUXURY, the class of the car should be guaranteed. We understand it may not be the exact vehicle advertised (oh yes, we read fine print). After we dropped off the vehicle on day of return, the staff at desk told us to call the toll free number to ask for a partial refund. We did. After waiting few minutes, a customer rep with an interesting attitude told us a partial refund is not possible. She reminded us how fortunate we were to have driven a BMW series 5. She offered to give a certificate which was $10 and that she will bump it to $20, as if she was doing us a favor. We said no and asked her to use that $20 to buy herself lunch!
