Theater is good neat and clean . Event organizers were not very professional . Started seating for 7 pm show at 7.30 pm . Show announcer did not hit the stage till little after 8 pm . Organization is just so poor
Tickets were sold for show from 7 pm onwards .

Saw Kansas there last night, sat in upper row B (great)! don't think there's a bad seat in the place. Great venue, ornate and plush. Neighbor hood is a little rough.

My first time ever was tonight to see Mercy Me and just blown away. Not only is this place so beautiful with so much character & artistic details, the sound and acoustics are also amazing. The staff here are also friendly and attentive. Can't wait to come back!
