Sue, PJ and the staff at Bank ESB branch in Agawam are the best! Bank ESB is very personable and treat you like family where it be a personal, home equity or mortgage loan! I have been doing business with ESB for over 15 years and I couldn't be happier receiving support and giving it back to a local bank!

So I have had a bunch of Overdraft Fees returned to me. Which is great, but my girlfriend has only had a few. We tried getting them to reverse it, and they wouldn't. I get they have "guidelines" but how can they give me 15+ but she can't get a 4th. Seems to me they just do what they want when they want. $32 overdraft fee with "overdraft PROTECTION" doesn't seem like they protect you from anything. A bunch of crooks. Den of Thieves.

P.S. I was in a chat with, "Katie" and she rudely shooed me away and ultimately disconnected from the chat, even when I wasn't finished with all of my questions.

These people are straight crooks. Was going to open a bank account there, but friend of mine told me how they play favoritisms and give certain people OverDraft Fees back, but not others. And charging $32 a fee, HOLY S#!T. They sound to be almost worse than the Federal Government!
