Unlike Enterprise or Hertz, Infinity is small enough to provide personal service to each renter as well as prices well below any other location I've seen. Renting a standard size for a full week, today I searched 4 places, Infinity was the cheapest by $70.

We needed a car on short notice because a brake line on ours blew. It was stressful because it happened on a Sunday and it's our only car that my wife and I to get to work. We called Infinity Auto Rental that evening and they had a car ready for us the next morning so we were both able to get to work. We originally reserved it for two days, not knowing how long repairs would take. Our car was fixed that day and we were able to return our rental the next morning and were credited the day we didn't use. We appreciated them accommodating us and helping get around no problem till our car was fixed. Also the price was really great which was nice since we were also paying to fix our car.

We were traveling to Central Massachusetts on business, and all the other rental car companies near the Springfield Amtrak station closed after 5:00. Our train arrived at 6:45, and while Infinity wasn't open as well, Joe arranged to leave one of his cars at a parking lot near the station for us. There was a lot of trust involved in this transaction both on Joe's part and on our part, and it went as smoothly as it could have possibly gone. Plus, Joe gave us a ride back to the station when it was time for us to depart. If you need a rental car in Springfield, call Infinity!
