Came 2 see the vehicle we'll b renting next month 2 take our 5 grandchildren on a trip 2 PA. The vehicle will seat us nicely. They were very accommodating, allowing us 2 see a couple of vehicles.

I love Enterprise. If there is a problem they fix it right at the spot. Very satisfied customer. Will definitely rent again. :-)

I am a regular Enterprise Customer my job consist of traveling. I usually rent my vehicles from the Palmer Ma location and today I tried the Columbus ave location and I regret even trying. The employees and management have poor customer service skills here. They did nothing to ensure customer satisfaction. I left this location disappointed because the Palmer location ensures customer satisfaction and they go above and beyond for their customers. Unfortunately their not open on Sundays. Today Enterprise lost $ and a potential regular customer at their Columbus ave Springfield location.

I've long been impressed with thoughtful, efficient service at many Enterprise locations and Springfield MA team was no exception. Their office on East Columbus was humming with cheerful, courteous employees helping customers get/return their rentals and have a good experience doing so. Looking forward to renting with them again.
