Clean. Great equipment. Clean lockers. Showers have shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Razors and shaving cream available. Hair dryers. Curling irons, and flat irons. Towel service. Good classes, engaging instructors.

Gym is clean and generally not crowded at the times I go. The staff seems on the ball unlike most other gyms (ahem, 24 Hour Fitness). While it's more expensive than what I was paying at 24 Hour, I think a hassle-free workout in a well-equipped gym is worth it.

Be sure to see the contract first, and then make the payment. They don't give you the contract to sign until you make the payment. Personal trainer sucks, they promote you to buy sessions and if you don't buy the most expensive one you will get dumped or ignored.

So they came back from the dead. Only a few months ago this was a Bay Club, before that Spectrum, and before that it was Gold's! Good to see the old schoolers taking back the block.
