Wonderful experience with this rental company. The condo we selected was fantastic. Plenty of room, all the amenities, free WiFi, and an amazing view. As this was our first trip to Sanibel, we'll definitely be using Select Vacation Properties next year! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

Our family has been using Select Vacation Properties since the office first opened in Sanibel's Baileys Center in 2006 and for the past 10 seasons we have been very happy working with Colleen and her staff. We have stayed at three different properties and SVP's service has been excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly and they always do their best to make our stays enjoyable. Our thanks to them for a job well done!

We have been using Select Vacations for our annual family beach vacation for years and it could not be better service or selection of properties! Beyond all of the usual expectations, which are always met, there is a host of other reasons to book with this company! The wonderful staff has so many local connections and relationships around both islands. This has certainly come in handy for us. For example , when we realized we forgot to rent our baby supply needs from a third party company we were told that we would not be able to receive our pack n play and stroller until the third day of our vacation. I don't know how they did it, but Patience from Select Vacations got on the phone with the owner of the baby supply company and everything we had requested was set up in our condo upon our arrival. This kind of personal service is such a rarity these days! Do yourself a favor and try booking with Select Vacations. You will never want to book your vacation on the islands any other way!

I have been staying on Sanibel and Captiva for years through Select Vacation Property Rentals. The experience has never been anything short of amazing. I have a very large family and Select Vacation has always been able to accommodate. Every year the group increases. Last year alone, I believe our group (friends included) had 5 condos and Select Vacation was able to get all of our condos near each other. It truly has become a second home without all the personal upkeep.

I suggest starting the day by going to breakfast a Over Easy Cafe followed by a nice bike ride down the island. Captiva is great for lunch. Although not for everyone, (my girlfriend puts me to shame) if you like spicy and I mean SPICY try the dead parrot wings at lazy flamingo. A rum-runner is a must.

The great part of the properties is being able to relax and recharge in a place that feels like home and not the everyday hotel. Nothing like sneaking away from the group to take a nap only to find someone else beat you to the couch.

I have traveled throughout the world and I wish I could take Select Vacation Property Rentals everywhere I go because they are so quick with a solution if any problems arise. Truly a stellar team!
