My 76 yr old mom said has a friendly driver but bus air conditioning was very high temperature and with texas heat couldn't feel it, also bus restroom was out of order so imagine a 8 hrs trip with no restroom and warm with only one stop.

This company is the worst. The first time, I paid for the bus and got there 25 minutes before departure time. Only to find out that the bus had already left!
The second time, I arrived 45 minutes before departure time. Only to find out that that bus had left an hour before departure time. I was so pissed off! How is this even legal ?!?
I wonder if they even had a real bus in the first place or if they're just ripping people off.
