Awful! Three months plus and booking was done incorrectly by the travel agent, Lynda. Insurance only paid for one cancelled booking due to unprofessional handling of the trip and erroneous lack of communication. I have had to contact Carnival Corporate due to agent no longer initiating contact upon my request of the refund check she "was sending". When questioning ethics and responsibility, she's asked for all service to be expedited but did not help processing procedures whatsoever. I had to contact AON insurance on my own as the agent would give me the run around. Do not use this company!! Highly inappropriate that as of today, I do not have my full $1800 owed and no one is in charge at this company!
