I applied for a personal loan and waited a few days for a response because according to the website I was supposed to be contacted. Well I go in person to find out about the status of my application and they tell me the banker that is supposed to help me "Iliza," just stepped out. I leave my name and phone number, cancel my plans to wait for her call and nothing. I call to urge she call me soon because I will be busy and unable to answer the next day. She calls me, I miss the call but I try to call her back next business day and again she's too busy for me. I tell them, "I don't care who I talk to I just need someone available!!!" Again they promise me she shall call me back shortly. Another day has gone by and no call back. I can understand if you're busy, but at least hand me over to someone else if you can't handle it. It made me feel like I don't matter and my business was not important. Worst service I have ever received from a bank.

Being new to the area and part of a new business with Kelly Grimsley Kia, I was referred to this bank by our realtor. I had the pleasure today of meeting Mike Boyd, the President of First Financial. he was not at all what I expected, personable, genuine, and eager to help my continued acclimation to the area. I am now banking here and will soon be utilizing them for our business. These guys are not small, but yet are still in touch with the very day people and obviously haven't gotten too big for their brithches! Everyone I encountered was great!!!!
