I took a Yoga Tune-up workshop here and loved the space! It was nice and open, they had all the props you'd ever need, the mirrors would be great for checking your alignment, and I would LOVE to get back here for a class that uses the rope wall. I live in San Antonio so it's a big trek to get here, but if I could come, I would!!

I can't say enough terrific things about the studio. I absolutely love the Tai Chi. It's easy to learn the foundations and you have lots of time to practice. My overall health has improved the more I practice. I've also met some great people and developed some wonderful friendships. Not being a yoga person, I worried about how I would do in classes. There was no need to worry, the instructors work with you on all levels, making you feel comfortable and helping you adapt to whatever level you can work under.
