I love working out at this studio! There are so many classes to choose from. I like that it's just ladies only. Pole fitness is my favorite!

I love working out here. I do the pole classes from time to time. I feel very comfortable here. Kim, the owner is a fantastic instructor and she finds ways to make all the women feel confident about themselves. I highly recommend this trendy fitness studio.
