Fast food. Nothing close to Japanese cuisine. Bento box seems like microwaved foodstuffs. Noodles n rice weren't even warm.

You would think that they would put a second person on the register during their 2 busiest hours during the week—lunchtime. Instead, the poor guy has to juggle both the line of in-store orders, and online/UberEATS orders. How is that good customer service for people who made the trip in, many of whom, because of the location and timing, are on break at work?

This place is amazing. Definitely one of my favorite. The price is average. The foods are great. I love Dragon roll

Every time I go to this place theres always something that's wrong. Only reason I come here is because my brother likes it. I've gotten, cold food, incorrect orders, long long unexplained waiting times, among other things. The latest snafu was a half off classic rolls deal. The promotion on the table didn't say half off a classic roll (singular), it said half off classic rolls and nowhere did it say limit one. I ended up with one half priced roll and two full priced rolls. I hope my brother doesn't bring me here again.

I've been here several times! The food is consistent and the wait is not bad. The food is delicious!! Love the stir fry veggies withe Brown rice and chicken...want to go now!!
