I have been waiting for a wire transfer to my account at Bank of America in Charleston, SC for two days and nothing has showed up. This was through Richard E Smith with Chase Bank in Kissimmee. I want my funds.

3rd class service. Long lines and no cashiers. The don't give 2 hoots about customers waiting. Avoid going here. The manager here should be fired. (5/8/2017).

I enjoyed visiting this branch. It was not crowded. The Relationship Manager who attended to me, Samantha, was informative and helpful. The service was efficient.
