Unpretentious, professionally run MMA gym. Mike Bell (A local kickboxing and karate legend) is down to earth and very approachable. The BJJ and grappling instructors are also thoroughly professional. I am going to return to working out here even though I moved 15 miles away.

I've been training at this gym for many years. I love you instructions I like the structure of the class this is a true fight Academy. Mitch and Vinny are great instructors. this is my home I will never leave. I recommend this Academy to everyone that wants to learn how to fight, self-defense, and over all amazing workout.

Amazing gym with top notch instruction! These guys genuinely care about your learning and progress. Great commraderie amongst the members and everyone is here to put in hard work. Can't see myself leaving this place!

Ive been attending mike class for some time and he is far the best trainer and will outwork you i would give 10 stars if it was possible staff and everyone is down to earth.
