I’ve been customer since 2016 and they are very nice with me, Abi, Juliana, Paula and Alex never gave me wrong info about insurance coverages and by the way, it was the best rate in the market for Heavy Truck insurance.
The only thing that’s bother me is business hours. The agency should open earlier than 9am. Then I will give them a 6 stars rating.

The agent that I spoke with is very disrespectful with her customers and is unpolite towards them. The agent even made fun of my driving record and said no one would accept me and wouldnt even help or advice me. My suggestion to everyone try any other agency and it will be 10 times better than this one.

Alex from this agency have me absolutely incorrect information regarding my home owners insurance. I have moved to another agency, and will never give this agency my business.

We have been customers/clients for a few years now. The agents are very professional and helpful. They are very good about clarifying issues and always finding the best coverage at the best price!
