Confirmations only mean they will confirm to screw you! We did everything we had to do to make and confirm our reservation. At 5: 30 pm (mind you they close at 6 pm) the day before our pick-up this location called us to let us know they could not get the vehicle (funny, the airport location had them- for double the price) even though we made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. Customer service center was no help either.

NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERTZ!

Hard to access. Tricky to find. Only go here if you're staying downtown.

I rent from this Hertz location frequently (a minimum of 25 times) and consistently receive friendly prompt service.

On one occasion there was a billing error and management made sure to clear up the issue quickly.

I am a gold customer and use hertz in other city locations and while the service has been good the Downtown Orlando location has surpassed them all.

This is my go to place when I need to rent a car. It's centrally located in the heart of downtown Orlando and it's on the bus line. If you're using a debit card book 24 hours in advance.

Wonderful we were at the train station so easy much easier than at airport. Just waiting for email bill recite no one there when we dropped off.
