Special thanks to all the staff that were there on October 5th. This location was completely out of cars after Irma and they had to be really creative to get us a car (and everyone else). Thanks again to all the staff.

I had a car reservation this morning and when I arrived at the location I was informed that there were no vehicles available. I understand that issues happen with overbooking, but I at no point did I receive a phone call or heads up that I would not have a vehicle. The employee mentioned that I could attempt to contact another enterprise location to see if they had any vehicles, but this really should have been something that they did on their end prior to me arriving for my reservation. There were about six employees working at their desk at the time, so it is completely unacceptable that they wouldn't take the time to try to find another vehicle prior to the customer arriving or at least contact the customer and let them know what happened.

Brandon.. I think was his name tall light skinned guy, well groomed. He was very helpful and informative this had been my first time renting a vehicle and I had flew in from out of state, so I was a tadbit nervous about how I would get around Orlando but they took care of everything. I encourage any and everyone to rent from this location great people, great service!

When i went to pick up the rental I wanted to drive the car back to New York where I live but I didn't have a credit card which is needed to drop a rental in another state. I only had a debit... well I was upset to say the least and didn't know what to do I needed a car... Well the very nice lady helped me. She gave me the number to Hertz rentals to see if they can help me... NOW what company would do such a thing. Send business somewhere else... that was outstanding. even though Hertz couldn't help me. So i rented the car from enterprise but had to return it to Florida so they allowed me to drop the car off in Jacksonville instead of Orlando a week later... very impressive
I am so pleased with the patience and help I received from the staff and I highly recommend this store.

My experience with Enterprise this time was great in the ending, however it didn't start that way! I originally reserved a compact, because I was going out of town and needed a car good on gas. The only vehicle available was a Nissan Frontier which was too big! I was able to swap it out for another vehicle after going to several other locations. Upon returning the vehicle I discovered I had been tricked into approving the insurance coverage even though I specifically said I was declining it! The adjustments was made and rescued my over all experience. I greatly appreciate all the work & effort given to me to meet my needs! Thank you and I will be back again!
