We had to wait a good while to get service, but the only lady at the counter was doing the best she can to serve all the customers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today I watched a male employee named Chris verbally assault and threaten a female customer infront of 3 other customers for simply wanting answers on why she was charged twice for her rental. Disgusting and appalled.

This place is terrible. We had a reservation for a moving truck and when we go in to get the truck they say they have no rentals available!!!! What????? Then why make a reservation for? So unprofessional and all they did was provide an 800 # that we are still on hold for!!!!! Never again will I go with budget

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lady behind the counter disrespected my wife. And the chubby man behind the counter threatened me with violence. Please please please rent a car from somewhere else.

its rental place, don't expect much from renting a truck...except when they called me up the day before and told me that the pickup and drop off is going to be at another location...further away from me, which incurred more gas and toll charges
