Great place if you need a car! The staff is always polite and the cars are always clean! Very simple to rent from. I recommend them to everyone!

I am Avis wizard member because of the exceptional service that I get from this downtown Orlando location. The manager and all the staff provide excellent customer service and best of all they try in everyway to save me money. If you think personal service is dead, try this Avis location it will restore your faith.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!Orlando Alvarez is supposed to be the manger running this poorly managed Avis/Budget location.I am a fasbreak member.This has to be the worst place that I have ever rented from. Orlando Alvarez is a conman.He is extremely rude,argumentative and will triple your prices.
He is suppose to look out for what is in the best interest of the customer.Mr.Alvarez does the opposite.
I would highly NOT recommend renting from this location.

I have contacted corporate office.Waiting for them to contact me back.
