The personal help - navigating my stupid questions and treating me like my questions are not a bother - it's what sets these folks apart. Darlene herself isn't unreachable, but Doty and the rest of the team have always been not just willing, but EAGER to help.

There are cheaper policies out there - and I remember when, like an idiot, I chased price. I came back after not too long. Now they handle my home and auto, and I wouldn't think of changing for price.

Do yourself a favor stick with these agents. The customer service quality is through the roof. Dropped all my other agents that I could never get ahold of or weren't in thier office during thier office hours. I have received multiple call backs and follow ups on my policy, for once I feel like I'm in good hands.

This is a top notch agency. The customer service is the best, and they really care about their clients. I have been a client for years, and I plan to stay for years to come.

I would definitely recommend Darlene Morales and her group (Doty included!). They are fast, friendly and very helpful. Love them!
