Worst experience. Dirty and outdated. Not sure the staff is even certified for services provided. Tanning would be ok, but do not go for anything else. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Was slightly concerned by the reviews, but was only going in for a lip wax so I tried it. Place was clean, spacious, and modern. Price was great ($10 for lip wax), better than lots of other places in the area.
My appointed started right on time. Lindsay was very kind and got me in and out in 5 minutes! It wasn't the best wax I've ever gotten, some hairs left over, so only 4 stars because of that. Overall it was cheap and the location was convenient.

I booked my appointment and paid online. When I showed up the door was locked and the lights were off. I called them until they answered and they told me to come back. When I got there she was on the phone and told me to wait and she had a 15 minute long phone conversation with a friend. The haircut itself was fine.

The price is very reasonable, and the stylist is nice. However, she tore my skin while waxing my eyebrows and my haircut is completely crooked. Plus, she adds the tip to the total bill, and did not tell me this until after I had run my card. She is much more interested in talking to her clients than actually cutting their hair, but the quality reflects the price. Not the worst salon, but definitely not the best.

I enjoy using the tanning and nail services here. I feel both have reasonable/competitive prices. I am rough on nails, so I was impressed that my gel manicure lasted for 2 and a half weeks without chipping. Very patient, flexible with scheduling, and great overall service!
