Weeks ahead of time I ordered a luxury car to use for my daughters wedding. I was to pick up the Lincoln at noon on October 14th. I walked in at 12:25PM and was told the car had not been delivered yet. Bailey, Office Manager, informed me that luxury cars not being delivered to them on time was a constant problem. They were not sure when the vehicle would arrive but I was given the option to wait. I did not have time to wait but later learned the call arrived at 1:13PM when Bailey called an told me I could come and get it. Bailey blame "corporate" for not delivering the Lincoln. If this "happens all the time" at this location, I had to wonder why someone was not checking on the vehicle arrival at 8AM. Why didn't anyone call and say they did not have the car? I had to walk 17 minutes in the rain to get to them, I had knee surgey a few weeks ago. Without the Lincoln, I cabbed it back to my car and proceeded to pick up the bride and maid of honor. The luxury car ride for my daughters wedding is now lost forever thanks to Avis. :(

Friendly staff. Very helpful. I would recommend his location at for any rental needs.

The moron working would not take off his headphones, and was unwilling to assist with my rental. He wrote down a number to call to cancel my reservation. Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Bad experience renting in Salt Lake City. The car had a funky odor. Worse, they cheated me. I specifically declined the liability coverage because I have my own. I was in rush and didn't scrutinize the renter agreement. They quoted me a price and billed me more than double when I dropped it off. The fees and taxes amount to nearly the same price they quoted me at the desk. Beware!

Worst experience I ever had as a frequent car renter! I walked in trying to rent a car at this place since I couldn't find my wizard number on my own. A lady named Baily with a broken arm treated me with the worst service you can possibly imagine. I asked her to get my wizard number since our company have an agreement with Avis, she used two of my credit cards and still can't find it, one of which is in the profile where I later got the number by calling the 1800 number. I gave her an old car rental receipt I had from last year, she said it's too old. I was frustrated and asked if there is anything she can do, she said because of some privacy policy, she is not allowed to look me up other ways. She slammed the door on me and yelled " Go to Herz, they are two blocks away from here! maybe you'll find a cheaper rate there! " I was shocked, when I chased her to her office, she yelled me again" excuse me! you are behind my counter! " I was almost walked out there and forget about this whole thing, but I decided to call the 1800 number, they answered the call with my name! All my record was just under my cell! How easy was that! The agent not only gave me a great rate, but also helped me escalate to the customer service to address my experience, what a day and night difference! All because I said i was a National customer and didn't recognize her broken arm? I'm sorry, this is a business, act professional is the least you would expect! If she was my employee, today would be her last day.
