EEYOW! I was just searching for spas in the Colorado Springs area and I happened to come across this spa, they didn't have any specifications on their website about spa packages so I called.... and man I'd hate to see how they treat their actual customers! Who is this?!?!?....ugh? really? And the lady was very unhelpful and had no idea what was going on. I'm sorry I'm not sorry.

I am floored by all the negative feedback. I went in on Saturday for the first time, and the staff were friendly, and my services (massage, facial, mani & pedi)...OMG!!!....where amazing. I have never been so relaxed or felt so pamperd. I have been to two places in town with higher ratings....and this place has them beat...it's no contest. I will be back!

Go somewhere else!! I reserved an hour massage and an hour facial for my wife and she calls me up and says no one is there, the place looks like somebody's house, and she waited outside and knocked and called..of course no one answered , I called and left a message and finally got a call back from a guy who sounded like he just woke up, he went there and let her in and nothing was set up. It's funny how they will charge your card if you don't show up but amazing how they can show up a half an hour late, and not even have anyone there. Apparently there was an emergency but I never got a courtesy call, and it ruined my plans to have my wife enjoy some well deserved time to herself. Horrible service! She didn't get the message after all and you best believe that I will be checking my bank statement to make sure they didn't charge me for that bs!

The spa itself it very nice, a really nice atmosphere. But they are complete scammers. We had booked a reservation for my mom's birthday, wen we went we confirmed what we wanted and the prices. When getting our massages they asked if we wanted it harder or softer on a scale of 1-5, each of us said our own preferences, most of us liked it hard. First off, the girl i had giving me a massage was not that strong and just kept elbowing me in the back or trying as hard as she could to make it deep pressure, and it did not feel good.My sisters massage therapist was fine she said, so i think it depends on each actual masseuse . But when checking out they tried to up the price on us because we said that we liked more pressure. They said that since we liked it hard it was now considered a deep tissue massage which was about $20 more than just a massage. Keep i mind these were not the price difference on their own website either, but they just said that they did not go by their prices on their own website. We had to argue with them that we confirmed our appointment for the Swedish massage and just because they asked us if we like it hard or soft doesn't mean they should be able to adjust the rate accordingly without telling you. I HATE companies that try to scam you out of every little penny, and i personally would never recommend this place. You just get done from what was supposed to be a relaxing massage and they stress you out all over again.
