I had occasion yesterday to contact Stephanie at this agency which I have used for the past 5 years, as I needed to cancel a motorcycle I was trading and to get a new motorcycle that I had just purchased quickly insured and a copy of the insurance faxed to the Denver location. Stephanie was awesome - read: exceptional customer service!! I had the newly issued policy and cards in my hands at the Denver dealership for the 2017 MC in a matter of minutes. 5 thumbs up.

Horrible billing and paperless services... Its a bad thing when your happy to pay more somewhere else....

Staff that does not care. Agent that is either uninformed ot does not care. Cannot get basic policy questions answered, keep adding charges for auto that cannot be explained, and now will not return my calls. Did I mention I have a roof claim lasting 10+ months, and roofers waiting due to a lack of communicating...go figure, that communication would be the problem.
