The room and property were older but fairly well kept. However I had to leave to HVAC unit off the whole time I was there. It was visibly filthy from the outside and every time it turned on my sinuses would plug up. All was well as long as I left it off. I didn't complain or tell the property but that seems like an easy thing for them to take care of that they didn't, room 103 btw. Again the room was clean and the bed even though very soft was actually comfortable.

The room we had was very nice, spacious, and clean. The breakfast offerings were also very complete. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star is that the rooms are on the louder side. We could hear the people next to us getting ready (and singing) in the morning. Okay if you're an early riser...not as great if you're trying to sleep in on vacation. Overall though we'd definitely be happy staying here if we visited the area again!

After spending the weekend in a run down Marriott residence inn in Denver we were kinda burnt out on hotels.
We had booked this hotel for 3 nights at the end of our trip. We loved everything about it! The staff was very nice, everyone was always in a great mood!
The room was clean, the beds were soft, the breakfast was very nice for a small hotel. My son was super excited for the waffle maker.

The surrounding area is so much fun check out the BBQ spot across the street. The owner came out and taught our kids to lasso!

Great hotel. Simple rooms and decently clean. Great breakfast. Bagels, pastries, juice, fruit, waffle maker, and hard boiled eggs! The only thing is when there was a little spill to clean up, the rag we used on the carpet was covered in dirt. Great hotel. Just don't sit on the carpet. Plus, hot tub and pool!
