Clean, with a friendly staff. We usually visit at lunch, and the service is always fast and courteous. Generous portions - I always end up taking at least half home. Good tea. Always check out the daily specials and the dessert menu. They have tasty banana pudding!

If you wanna eat here, drive to the Castle Rock location! Springs location is the pits! My family & I were the 2nd group to come in on a Saturday morning & when our food came out it was cold, soggy & probably from the night before. Mac and cheese was horrible. I've been to the Castle Rock location numerous times & always love the food there so assumed I'd be happy with it here... not making that mistake anymore.

Went here for dinner last night. Food was good but our waitress was terrible. It took her 15 minutes to bring me steak sauce because she was bragging to the tables next to and behind us about how she's the only certified trainer in the building. She even went as far as saying she is the best server in the restaurant. This may be true but only for the tables she chooses to pay attention to. Our bill came out to about $35, we paid with a $50 and she had the nerve to ask us if we wanted change. Uh, yeah, I'm not tipping you 40% for being avoided all night. This led to another 10 - 15 minute wait just to get change. Not a bad meal but avoid the server in the green shirt. She seemed super proud to be the only one wearing green.

Always great food and service. This is our go too place to get away from the rat race of eating out. Nice and quiet later in the evening, we like it. I dig the fresh rolls as well. I don't need a fast food experience when I'm sitting down to a meal and we can chill and have a drink or two afterwards. Never had a bad experience at this restaurant in all the years it's been here.

I guess if you're retired and into comfort food, then this is the place for you. I went here for a lunch party from work and we were the youngest group by about 20 years. Neither expensive nor inexpensive, service was fine, cleanliness was fine, speed was fine.
