Very very disappointed in the new management of Caesarios. I have been going here for years and I will not be returning. The quality of service has gone WAY downhill in the past months, mainly due to the new manager. Not sure of her name but she is very rude and condescending towards the customers. I felt talked down to when I tried to bring an issue with my food to her attention. It's quite apparent that she does NOT know how to run a restaurant! It's sad really, because the new management had a chance to keep a long standing and beloved business up and running into the foreseeable future, but they dropped the ball!

On the other hand, it's also very clear that the majority of the employees behind the counter do not want to be there either, which is very saddening because it seems like I used to get the best, friendliest and most welcoming service here. It just seems like none of them really want to be there, and honestly I don't blame them! It is so clear to me (and my friends who also go) that the management does not know what they are doing, or care to figure it out! Must be disheartening

If I could give this business 0 stars I would happily do so. 1. They advertise for "Annabelle's Ice Cream" and do not actually carry that brand... 2.Each time I have attempted to try the food between pizza, chicken tenders, subs, salads etc... It has almost always given me and everyone around me a stomach issue. 3. When you call for delivery or pick up the staff always claims to have to call you back to let you know how much your purchase is going to be...they never actually call back and always forget. 4. Much of the staff is rude and always rushing and pushing you

I do not trust these corrupt individuals to prepare meals for the public. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant.

Well I've been eating here for a few years now (love their pizza and fries) but for some reason I checked out their reviews before I called it in. I got a steak and cheese sub, light peppers and onions and a slice of pepperoni pizza. The sub was small, and had more peppers and onions than steak. The slice of pizza was pretty small when you think you're paying 3 bucks for a slice. I read on someone else's review that the place is under new management. Not gonna lie, I'm not a fan if this is what I'm getting. I paid 15 bucks (tipped two to the driver) to still be hungry after I eat what I would consider a pretty big meal.

Caesario's is a Manchester landmark!! It has been in Manchester, on Elm st. as long as I can remember. I have been going there since I was a kid skating boarding on elm st in late 80's. The fries have always been a favorite of mine. The Fries were the only thing I could afford in the 90's. We usually split one order between 5 of us and usually paid with change. The owner never cared if we hung out in the AC as long as we didn't get rowdy lol. While I don't really enjoy their style of pizza, they have a eclectic homemade menu and great lunch specials. The Middle eastern Combo plate is delicious. Its healthy and can be split by two people. The pita bread is homemade and heavenly.
