I went to the Float center today and found it a very good experience. The center was clean and professional. The floating experience was relaxing and I would say it can be very beneficial for pain and deep relaxation! I would go again! Book with a friend for an interesting way to relax and try something new! 😉

I love this place! Extremely professional and friendly staff, beautiful amenities, and an experience like no other. I've been to here 3 times, and everytime I've felt energized and rejuvenated. Floating does so much for the mond, body and soul. Highly recommended!!

Escape Your Body is a relaxing oasis in the heart of Lubbock that provides a simple yet unparalleled experience in all of West Texas. Sensory deprivation is a truly unique experience that will benefit virtually everyone -- and it's different every time I float. First, the place is kept very clean and has nice amenities. Demetrius makes you feel at home as he shows you around. If it's your first time, I recommend booking two sessions, since you might spend a lot of time during the first hour just learning how to relax your entire body, trust the water and find your most comfortable position. Then, simply relax, be gentle with yourself (if your mind wanders or you tense your muscles, slowly return to the breathing and stillness), and just drift away. Once, I fell asleep in the tank and had a highly rejuvenating rest, and a few times I've even had trauma and unresolved emotional pain rise to the surface to be healed. It's like you become your own therapist! If you live in or around Lubbock, or are just stopping through, I urge you to give this a try.
