While my family and I love this place and casually frequent this establishment, I will second what some users have said here, the place really is rather loud and the food is incredibly greasy. I usually leave feeling petty blah and needing to take some sort of antacid. But those things aside, this is where the wife and I shared our first date and we still love coming here. Service is usually very good and to me the menu is very eclectic. While their Mexican food is, to me, some of the best in town, I don’t have to get Mexican if I don’t want it. I can have a burger, or a French dip, or a chicken fried steak or even a pizza. The kids love the games section and I’ve never really had an adult beverage here that wasn’t good. Our service has been abysmal once or twice but that’s few and and far in between. Also few and far in between is the times you DON’T have at least a 30-min wait to be seated. If you come here any time on the weekend or at dinner time during the week, you’re almost always going to wait. But with the mix of games to keep you and the kids occupied during said wait and the quality of food you’re about to consume, I’d say that more often than not, that wait is worth it.

Good staff and mostly good food. Wish though some staff members to be knowledgeable on the drink prices. But they are still friendly and thats what counts

Not bad - not great, but not bad. Food isn't amazing quality by any stretch. It's loud inside and most menu items are very greasy or fatty. But it is what it is. Good place to take a kid, or meet with some friends. Large menu selection! Try it

Fast and friendly service. Great menu choices. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. This is the first eating place in Lubbock that did not have any visible flies. I have eaten at four other eating establishment and they all had flies. Thanks Caboose for a very good lunch.
