A great place for beginners looking to get off the couch and start crossfit, as well as a place to push the more advanced people harder. The coaches are always encouraging and make any modifications to the workout to accommodate your current abilities and help you achieve your goals. It's a great environment that is welcoming and encouraging.

I was a crossfit sceptic, but a few months in and I am loving the variety and challenge of crossfit and the FIT classes. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging! Highly recommend!

Great place to get a workout, very friendly staff and partners. They make you feel comfortable and right at home no matter if you are experienced or new to working out. Definitely my home gym now.

Was in town for work and dropped in for a class. What a great gym! Great layout, great coaching, and a fantastic community vibe. I felt right at home the first day!
