Buffalo Wild Wings

We traveled over an hour to shop in Huntsville only to end up waiting for food we never received for an hour. Out of all the food options in Huntsville we chose BWW and for that we blame ourself. NEVER again. This restaurant is representative of the deserted mall it is housed in. There were tons of servers doing nothing but waiting on the next patron to dart the door and none ever noticed we were not being served. We were two tables away from the host desk and the restaurant was not busy. After the extensive wait and seeing the cooks(I assume) look out the kitchen window, we hit the door. So frustrated we did not even shop. I guess everyone needs to experience the worst service ever and for us this was it! Unbelievable! How are they still in business?

The place has improved quite a bit recently. Before the boneless wings would be too crispy now they are much better and the sauce tastes a lot more fresh. Still a bit pricey but all in all improvements have been made

When I googled to see if there was a Buffalo Wild Wings near us, I saw a lot of bad reviews for this location. We had a great experience. We sat at a hightop in the bar area and Jess, the bartender, took excellent care of us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very informative. We had a great, quick dinner- the service and the food were very good.

Terrible. Ordered appetizers that never came, but were delivered as sides instead. The order took forever to actually come out, and two people were missing orders. Drinks were never refilled, and at some point, we resulted to refilling our own, all while some five servers watched us do it. And still didn't refill our waters later until we asked. The food tasted bad. So bad. The chicken was cold and tasted not much unlike what I would imagine to be sweaty playground rubber chips. We normally go to the one in Jones Valley, which is great, but this one was far from it. I'm trying to put it into words, but all I can do is say it's the restaurant equivalent of a very warm and a very soggy salad. We were charged for food we didn't order. Meanwhile, the stool had maybe three tables of people and that's it. All the while, the wait staff stood at the front and talked.

Oh man. What a **Itty place. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am not a complainer, but this place had me pissed off. I watched 3 different tables of people leave before they even got their drinks. 30 mins later we get our drinks, and 45 minutes after that we get our room temp wings, with hardly any sauce on them. The waitresses looked greasy and disgusting. The manager was incompetent and full of excuses. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. EVER.
