I have chronic back pain that I have been dealing with for many years and these ladies are superior. Heli was so patient and understanding of my specific situation and really took the time to get to the root cause of my pain and work through it with me.

What I really loved about her approach is that she uses a combination of stretching and massage to get the muscles to relax and get deeper than deep tissue massage can. The best part about that for those with really sore muscles is that it doesn't hurt in the process and it doesn't hurt afterwards!

Heli talked me through what was going on and how each of the muscles were affecting others and where the nerves were being affected. It was so great to have someone who knew my body.

I will be a regular of this great massage place.

Don't pay attention to the poor paint job on the outside building, this place is awesome. I have had several massages from both large chains and small business's and this one has been the best I have ever had. They were both professional and accommodating to all of my physical and allergy needs. The therapist was very careful with my broken finger and helped loosen the muscles that were causing pain! I left relaxed. I don't know if you can get a better massage for the money.
