Awesome experience! The decor just had this attention to detail and so did the staff, the place was run like a ship but still very friendly and welcoming. The woman who served us (forgot her name but she seemed to have authority) gave excellent advice about what to order and catered to our plant based diet. Awesome food!

No restaurant can beat the quality, taste, service and atmosphere of Star of India. Out of all the Indian restaurants in town, Star of India is hands down the best. I recommend giving it a shot!

Delicious food (great flavors and an inventive menu). Good service. Pleasant room. They offer several levels of hot if capsaicin is an essential part of your life. There's "hot", "very hot", "Indian hot", and "Ghost pepper hot". I went for "hot" and wasn't disappointed. (I haven't been to India for a while, so I'm out of training.) Ghost pepper hot is, no doubt, painful, but still tasty.

Had a nice buffet with a lot of choices. Family enjoyed it. Service was good. Had lots of vegetarian options as well.
