This restaurant is right below my office and I eat there several times per month. High quality ingredients and a friendly wait staff. The Panang Curry is excellent - big, tender pieces of chicken and fresh, crispy vegetables. I love Thai food, and their Panang is as good as I've had in Northern Colorado.

I've tried Bann Thai in Front Range Village with my family a few times. I have a severe gluten allergy and just got sick for the second time at their restaurant. I do not recommend anyone with a gluten allergy eating there. I made sure with the guy who took my order that the soup I ordered would be gluten-free and I explained that I had an allergy. After eating the soup I have a huge, painful stomach and abdominal distress and will be sick for the next 5 days. I called the restaurant to explain to them that it was the second time that I've gotten sick after eating something that they swear is gluten-free. The woman on the phone insisted that it was but my body tells a different story. The reason I called is to let them know that they have a problem and I asked them to figure out what was touching the food for customers who come in the future. She dismissed what I said and refused to acknowledge that they have a problem. Anyway, our family will never eat there again. I recommend Simply Thai on Drake/Shields- I've eaten there many times and never gotten sick.

I go here every week and nothing changes. The server sits your right away there's no wait for the food and it always comes out hot and delicious. The only negative I could say is that they don't check on you much when you're eating so if you need something you have to get their attention. They also seem to be understaffed but that doesn't affect the service. By far my favorite restaurant
