AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

The dining room is filthy; it took at least 20 minutes for people to get their food; and they got nearly everyone's order incorrect, including mine. It even took an extra 15 minutes to correct my order.

Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker, then longer for the food. People were driving off.
Food was messy and all over the inside of the bag, rather than in their containers.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I don't know how this place is still open. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. It took 15-20 minutes for them to bring me my order and I got half of what I paid for and no receipt. The manager was yelling at one guy the whole time I was there, treating his employee like he was stupid. When I walked in to get what they hadn't given me, it took one employee five minutes to fill a cup of soda for me. The employees who were there obviously didn't care whatsoever.

TL;DR didn't get half of what I paid for, had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, horrible customer service, absolutely disgusting and wouldn't pass health inspections.

Don't go.

Disgustingly filthy. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Rude, trashy, lazy employees. They were "out of" half the items on the menu. Took forever to get food and then they screwed up literally every single order while I was there. Each customer had to go back to the counter a second time to get the what they ordered. One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had, and that's saying a lot.

The order was wrong... I ordered a single-hamburger and they gave me a double! But, the hamburger was cold. The guy in the back was complaining loudly to everyone and everything, and kind of banging things around. The front girl finally had to tell him to "Go to the basement". It's probably better on a better day. There weren't many customers when I was there... maybe they were slammed earlier???
