I have been going to this studio for almost two years and it has changed my life. I know that sounds extreme but that has been my experience with Bikram Yoga...it is extreme and not necessarily for everyone. It is HARD and not particularly relaxing. What it provides me with is the feeling of accomplishment for making it through the 90 minutes and knowing that my spine and form are correcting slowly. I have practiced several other "forms" of yoga over the years and although I experienced a benefit I never had the encouragement to keep after it. I typically go 2-3 times a week.
The teachers are very knowledgable, very good practitioners and extremely encouraging. The sense of peace and accomplishment as well as the health , fitness and mental benefits are unlike any other physical activity I have ever done.
The last comment would be that the owners, Kyle and Bridgette are superb humans. They are bettering the planet one yoga student at a time and practice what they teach.

This was a terrible experience. I am currently doing a teacher training program for another studio in town and we are required to take at least three outside classes. I was excited to experience Bikram Yoga. Sadly, the only good thing about the class was that it ended. As I entered the studio, the woman at the front desk greeted me coldly and had me fill out paperwork and her unfriendly energy continued as she pointed me to the dressing room and studio. As I entered the studio, an absolutely nauseating aroma hit me like a truck. Smells like a mixture of years of body odor and cat urine which strongly reminded me of what a veterinarian's office would smell like if it was never cleaned. As the class started (front desk lady was also teacher) the teacher stood on a literal pedestal in the front that perfectly matched her attitude. Although she sped talked for almost the entire class, her stream of cues were not only generally unclear and too few. In between cues her cow auctioneer rant was filled with random phrases and monotone encouragements. She also constantly picked on and taunted specific students while favoring others in a manner I assume she thought was comedic, and perhaps the students do find it funny, however I found it unkind and not at all in alignment with yogic principles such as ahimsa (non judgment/violence) she even went after me for "being far to young to have saggy underarms" which I found to be frankly insulting and out of line. As we were laying in corpse pose between postures she told us told us stories about her two step daughters that I had no interest in hearing. Yoga should be about the student not the teacher. She also gave a mix of inconsistent English and Sanskrit names for postures and concepts but although the website claims every class is for beginners, she never took time to explain the meaning behind the beautiful words. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I cannot imagine if this had been my introduction to yoga! I would have never ever returned to this or any other studio.
