Jamie Glick was is an amazing instructor! She offered tons of alignment corrections so that we were able to learn quickly and get the best workout. She was incredibly friendly, and the owner introduced herself to us after class as well, and both asked us if we had any questions, which was a very welcoming touch. I can't wait to go back!
