Great place to grow an excellent career. Management will push and support you to be the best that you can be. Great team and family culture. Everybody want you to be successful and will do what they can to make it happen. Everything is results based, you get out of it what you put into it. Hard work is greatly rewarded. I would recommend this opportunity to anybody willing to work.

You can't spell Jail without AIL.

After working here for over a month, I have spent more money, and more time, than it was worth.

These people forced me to drive to denver and aurora multiple times for no reason at all. They expect you to work 24/7, and I truly mean that. You can't have a day off. You are seen as a number, and are replaced with ease for the next sucker in line. If you sell a policy, and those people decide to cancel (which happens a lot) you are required to pay back the fee. They brag about making hundreds of thousands of dollars, yet it is guaranteed that you WILL get charge backs.

Josh Krueger is more like Freddy Krueger. A nightmare. His interviewing process is manipulative, and tells you false information. You don't get paid for training, like he so easily persuades you into believing. The only reason they get 'rewards' for being a great company is because only the rich stay here. Their turn over rates are extremely high, and I have been encouraged to lie to clients. They rely on false information to get business, and take advantage of clients who don't speak english.

AIL is a private company that spends $0 on advertising. The reason is because if they went public, they would be rated one of the lowest in the business. After being forced to go to Kansas multiple times, I am done. No thanks. They utilize their sell tactics to sucker you in, and expect you to pay lots of money, so that you have no choice but to stay here.

Don't take my word for it, go in there and look at all the EXHAUSTED faces of these people. As someone who has gone broke because of this company, don't work for these people. I repeat, DON'T WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.

Went for what was told to me would be a 1 on 1 interview. Person no longer works there. Ok. 15 people get crammed into a meeting room for a recruiting pitch that started 30 minutes late. Ok. Sit patiently through 45 minute presentation that promises 50k in your first year. Fails to mention its on commission 100%, they won't pay for your license or renewal fees. And when asked about these facts the presenter won't say so in public what the truth is I had to pull him aside and ask specifics and he still tried to deflect to "well that's better answered one on one." Also, what does Warren Buffet being on your council have anything to do with a local sales job? Moreover, if you have to say "I'll be honest" in excess of 9 times (I counted) then you drive the opposite assumption into your already uncomfortable recruits. I will say though if you are a sales person and that is your disposition then this place actually does sound like it would be a good fit, the problem is they completely falsely advertised the position and process.
