What a wonderful hidden gem! My husband and I just went up to Ft. Collins from Denver for a 1-night quick getaway. The owners were very helpful and great communicators. Our flat was absolutely adorable and very very clean! Loved the added touch of some beers and snacks left in the room for us as well as the caffeination station with coffee and tea! And it was close enough to downtown that we could walk down there! I have already recommended Remington Flats to some friends who are driving up there in a few weeks. We will most definitely be back to stay again!

Quaint hotel not too far from Colorado State University's campus. Rooms are well furnished with a full kitchen and free WiFi. They also have bikes for you to use anytime.

This was an AMAZING place to stay! Close to downtown, great neighborhood, quiet, great decoration, and I can't say enough about how warm and welcoming the owners were. I loved waking up in the morning from the awesomely comfortable bed, to sip on my coffee in the cool of the morning (being able to sleep with the windows open) and to listen to the sounds of Fort Collins waking up around. My only regret is that we arrived too late to take advantage of the New Belgium bikes to see more of the surrounding area. I love this place!

Clean spacious rooms. Complementary snacks and beer on arrival. A great alternative to a typical hotel. Can't wait to stay here again!
