Our server was wonderful. He did an awesome job of assisting us on the menu options, educating us on how long to cook our food and made our experience perfect. The food was great and I will be looking forward to going again!

The Melting Pot was one of the best fondue places I've ever been in my life. First of all they provide you a place that makes you feel like there's nobody else in the restaurant. The menus style is really modern and gives you a lot of options (including lobster). If you choose the four course you'll get four different plates: a cheese fondue, a salad, a meat fondue (with lots of options to choose where and what to cook in it) and end your night with an amazing chocolate fondue. The service was also amazing and they give you all the attention you need, again making you feel like you're the only clients.

Not a good experience from a customer service view. This was my first visit to the Melting Pot. Failed to notify me that all streets leading into the restaurant were going to be closed due to West Fest in Ft. Collins, I am not from Dr. Collins and was not familiar with where the Melting Pot was at, and with streets and sidewalks closed we walked around a lot trying to find out how to get the the restaurant. When I called to tell them we would be late for reservation because we had not been told about sidewalk and street closures, I got an employee with a little bit of an attitude saying she had left me a message. No one has left me a message. Wait staff asked if this was our first time, we said yes. But hurried through what we were to do and our choices. When we asked questions he still seemed rushed. Manager came over apologizing for us not being notified of street closures and offered a special menu with a discount on it, but we were not interested in it, it seemed worthless! Food was good! Staff and the whole experience you need a lot of work! Will not return to this Melting Pot!

I had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot! I ordered the "Big Night Out" full course menu, which I highly recommend for people who, like me, are still not familliar with the several options available there. The fondue is prepared and served on your table, and the servant will gladly enunciate what he is using for it. Also, the architecture of this spot is made to make you feel you are the only table in the restaurant, for being so private and peaceful. The service was also excellent when we needed to change something we had problems with (too much pepper), so I wish to give a special thanks to Derek and his manager Alex. I could nickname this place "the time machine restaurant" for being such a great experience I could barely see the 3.5 hours I spent there passing. I highly recommend this place for celebration nights or for any night you might want to eat super great food!

My husband and I love this place. We come here often for special occasions and the food and the service are excellent. The "After Dark" weekly special which starts after 8pm on weekdays is a great deal, it includes all four courses and a bottle of wine. I also really appreciate that the staff leaves a nice card if you are there to celebrate something special. This is a bit of a pricey place but I feel the food and the experience are well worth the money.
