It's a chain that serves it's purpose. Friendly staff, but nothing very creative or original with regards to the food. The decor is American diner style. Beers are slightly more expensive than they should be.

We got sat at our table waited probably 10 minutes for our waiter to show up. He showed took our order. Got our drinks served by someone else then we were ignored after that. As I write this I have timed since we got our drinks we have literally been sitting here for 30 minutes. Not once has our waiter or anyone come over to see how we are doing nor refilled our drinks. This is the worst service we have ever gotten here. Probably won't be back at this location.

Good customer service and fair pricing. After not being at an Applebees for a couple years, my first time back I found a mistake on bill. It's some of those reason's why i left in the first place.

My sister is gluten free,the manager came over to make sure her meal was correct. Sarah our server was very conscientious of the gluten menu also. We really enjoyed our meal,a extremely good experience
