We moved to American Family for our homeowners and auto policies and couldn't be happier with the customer service we receive! We just wrapped up our first auto claim and Steve and Cheryl were extremely helpful as well as the adjuster we were assigned. We are extremely happy we switched and will be using them for all of our insurance needs!!

Every time I walk into the American Family office, I know for a fact that I'm going to be taken care of. They have a great team who wants to help in whatever way possible!

Amazing customer service and Steve and his crew really have what is best for you in mind. I appreciate the company that puts its customers in first place to provide the best they can provide for the least amount of cost.

Prior to coming to American Family, I was with USAA. For any and all who has dealt with USAA, you know they are one of the best companies to work with, but when Steve and I sat down to work out numbers and he was able to get me even better coverage on all three of my cars and both of our homes and save us over $200 every 6 months on my insurance costs, there was no looking back. Thanks again Steve and the crew at Ellensburg's American Family Insurance office.
